Everything was fine. A nice location and we would book again. Close to COVID test Center… supermarket.. beach… kite flying allowed. We brought our small Pixie Nespresso machine with us… maybe modernise from filter coffee. Capsules are everywhere today. I know… müll. Please stop sending “Bewertungsaufforderung (Feedback), Belegnummer: 213610” emails one every hour since 03:19…8 emails.

Die Wohnzimmercouch ist schon sehr fleckig, die Esstisch-Platte sehr ramponiert, die Schrankwand im Wohnzimmer ist mit Vorsicht zu geniessen, da einige der Türen bereits nur och an einem "Faden" hängen. Die anderen Zimmer waren o.k., die Matratzen sind hervorragend, Badezimmer u. Küche sind wirklich ganz toll. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Zeit genossen. Eine richtige Teekanne mit Stövchen wäre schön, Habe ich als Teetrinkerin vermisst. Gläser sind reichlich vorhanden, jedoch fehlen ganz einfache Wassergläser. Ansonsten war die Haushaltsausstattung in Ordnung.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist natürlich das Highlight, perfekt! Wir haben die Wohnung in einem sehr guten Zustand vorgefunden: auber, gelüftet und auch in Details liebevoll hergerichtet! Aber auch die Ausstattung ist für eine Ferienwohnung, damit meine ich nicht das Mobiliar, wirklich top, da hat's an nichts gefehlt. Preis- Leistung war absolut ok und die gesamte bürokratische Abwicklung, iincl. Schlüsselübernahme und -übergabe war problemlos. Gerne wieder!! Reperaturbedarf besteht an der Schrankwand: Fast kein Schloss funktioniert mehr richtig, die Schranktüren gehen nur schwer auf und zu. Bei der Klappe, hinter der sich der Fernseher verbirgt, sind die Scharniere total ausgeschlagen und die Halterung an beiden Seiten abgebrochen, da müsst dringend repariert werden. Das war für uns in sofern alles kein Problem, da wir die Schrankwand nicht gebraucht haben und der Fernseher nur an einem Tag mal kurz an war. Schön wäre es, wenn ein Sportsender zu empfangen wäre, um zl.B. Bundesliga zu schauen, das wäre eine echte Verbesserung. Gesamteindruck Haus: Im Eingangsbereich und auch im gesamten Flur sollte mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf Sauberkeit und Belüftung gelegt werden. Die Feuchte kann man auch schon riechen und wird dem Baukörper auf Dauer doch sehr zusetzen. Hier ist einfach mehr Pflege notwendig!

Sehr zu empfehlen. Der direkte Seeblick ist super. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Schrankwand und Sessel könnten erneuert werden, da sie nicht mehr dem heutigen Geschmack entsprechen.
