"I loved how quiet and how we had the room with my girls to have their quiet space with our own little sanctuary. We were able to have our own homemade meals and we were about to enjoy together. It was clean and we were able to enjoy! The only down part is we didn’t find the pool/hot tub outside. We looked everywhere around the house and did not see it anywhere. We didn’t get to enjoy it in the evening. Everything else was perfect!"

"I booked and paid for 2 queen beds ground floor room due to mobility needs for my family member in March for 2 nights, but I was given a room on the second floor. The outside stairs and railing would not have passed code- the old wood railing was a 2x6 that you could not hold on to. My family has been staying here for many generations, so it was disappointing. There are new owners now, so hopefully they will upgrade. The restaurant connected to the hotel has excellent food and staff, but unfortunately there was one very young server that yelled and pushed her colleague in front of a packed full room of customers- very unprofessional, disrespectful and violates labour standards. The hotel pricing does reflect the condition of the hotel. If the price increased to reflect the upgrades, I would support that."

"We arrived in Three Hills for a family emergency, and we were tired and worn down from a long day of travel. Mark greeted us with a warm welcome at the front Desk , and he was so helpful! He made our stay effortless and comfortable, and answered all questions very thoroughly. The room was spacious, spotless, with an amazing spa bathtub and the bed was cozy. The daily breakfast was AMAZING, which we utilized daily. . . Make sure to have the waffles! Coffee was available ALL day, and that was such a bonus for us. Parking was easy and free, and there was never an issue finding a spot. We will for sure be back, and look forward to another stay . We appreciate all of the staff, and the town of Three Hills for making us feel so welcomed."

"Very clean, lovely neighbours, and nice spacious house. We would most definitely stay again. Warning prairie dogs are everywhere. We loved it, just be aware of the holes at the nearby park."

"The lady at the front was great with neck tattoo! Can’t remember her name. Oops! The free breakfast was actually great! Coffee, yogurt, apple, cereal, pancakes, toast, juice, boxes, muffins! Was actually really good! The riverside view was very nice and was right along the trail up the mountain and a good site of the world’s largest dinosaur! The wifi however was a bit slow. Not the end of the world. I just use data, but I could see if you were travelling from out of country. It would be frustrating. The beds comfortable and room good. My real only feedback was room 106. The front door was quite hard to deadbolt. Definitely need some adjustment. The bathroom door lock also did not work, which was kind of annoying! Also, the TV box and remotes and setup was very confusing and hard to use and glitchy and seems like it need to be updated! Other than that, I’m not there to watch TV but some minor adjustments like getting the Wi-Fi up to speed and definitely fixing the locking systems on the bathroom and front door would make it awesome. The front door locked. You had to really push it to get it locked. Could not lock the bathroom at all. A small replacement of the door knob and lock would fix that. Aside from that, the location is great The staff are great. The room is overall good in the breakfast is wonderful. Just small improvements like fixing the lock on the bathroom and the front door and some updating to the TV and boxes remote etc."
