Was a wonderful place. Very clean and Scott the owner made sure everything was spot on. The condo was perfect for a stay in Hot Springs. Not too far from the main drag but far enough to have some pease and quiet. Will have to go back there again

Great view with peaceful surroundings

The condo was comfortable, clean and nicely designed. The balcony patio is a great place to drink your morning coffee while overlooking the lake. I would book again!

We loved our stay in Hot Springs and our vrbo was great and exactly as described. Our place was clean, location was great and our host was accommodating. Our only problem - the parking space was at the top of an incline (close to a 45 degree angle) which was unexpected and a bit challenging. Once we navigated our stay was great.

House and balcony were very pretty, clean, and overall nice! My only complaint was the parking, it is a straight down hill, and the parking spot we were assigned was fully slanted side ways! Other than that it is an amazing place to stay!

Last minute get away

We had to switch plans last minute for our summer vacation and Scott was a fantastic host! The property was easy to find, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for the week. Check in and out was super easy and quick. And the location of the property was close to all the hot spots we wanted to hit for the stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfy getaway in Hot Springs, on the water, and close to historic downtown.

The beds are extremely comfy. The location is very peaceful. The place was very clean and felt like home. Sitting on the patio looking at the lake was so relaxing. The manager & cleaning crew are awesome.

The property was perfect for us. It was one of only a few advertised as handicapped accessible. We loved the porch & being able to look out over the water and watch the sunsets The location was easy access to Hot Springs National Park. The owner recommended visiting Garvan Woodland Gardens. Turns out, that was the highlight of the trip for me. It's such a beautiful place and very accessible for our wheelchair bound son. Scott was super responsive to any inquiries we sent.

Communication with the property manager/owner was excellent. The house was perfect for our few nights of stay. The main change I'd recommend is a new master bed as it sinks in the middle; however, the guest bed worked great and the pull out couch was loved by the kids.

The lake view was beautiful; we loved cooking in the kitchen and looking out at the lake. I loved that the condo was pet friendly. Having a pet friendly rental was a priority for stay in Hot Springs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well kept. The stackable washer dryer combination was an amenity I used frequently. The inner teflon lining in pots and pans in the kitchen were scratched and stained. I avoided using the provided pots and pans, but everything else was amazing.

Had a great stay and enjoyed sitting out back on the deck overlooking the water. Parking would be inconvenient for more than one car. But other than that great place.
