Perfect location for Hot Springs-close to restaurants, grocery, sightseeing and national park. Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels. Loved the dual drip coffee pot/keurig. Plenty of amenities in kitchen. We did cook dinner a couple nights and had everything we needed. LOVED the balcony!!! The 4 of us were out there for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening!
