We were very happy with our stay at this house. It is just like it looks in the pictures. The main living areas are big enough for family to sit together comfortably. The kitchen was well-equipped for most cooking. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. The best part of the house is the large back porch perfect for sitting and listening to the creek rush by. The house is pretty remote, but the roads are easily accessible. The area is beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again.
The cabin was awesome !! We was there to visit Gatlinburg. The curvy roads and road construction and distance to Gatlinburg made it just under a 2 hour drive each way to Gatlinburg !! The drive from the Cabin to Gatlinburg was the only negative about staying here !! Everything about the cabin itself was awesome and we loved it !!
This is a great place for a stay in the Hot Springs area. It has all of the basics you need. Place us clean, furniture is comfortable, kitchen is stocked, and the location next to the beautiful stream is awesome. A couple of items to remember - you’ll need to make sure you bring soap/body wash, coffee, and alcohol if desired. The Trust General Store does have coffee and light snacks as well as delicious lunch at the café. We stayed for its proximity to a wedding at The Heavens Venue (10 min drive). I would recommend this cabin for anyone staying in the area.
Great place to stay. We really enjoyed the stream behind the house and the peace and quiet. The general store was literally in walking distance and everything was great.
We came here for the weekend to go to Max Patch and we loved our stay! It was such a fun house to stay in and we were shocked at how close we were to Max Patch and other hiking places! Would totally come back!
This was the PERFECT getaway for me and my 3 girlfriends (ages 55-60+). The location was gorgeous ~ the bubbling brook was extremely soothing, the cabin was immaculately clean ~ everything supplied to make it a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this cabin & I’m hoping we’ll come back there sometime!!!!!
This place is nice and cozy and very spacious and has all the amenities that you’d want for friends and family to spend the weekend in the mountains.
Very close to Hot Springs as well as Max Patch.
Our stay was amazing. The place is so relaxing with the creek in the back and the mountains in the distance. Waking up and seeing deer playing and grazing on the property was a sight to behold. Everything was flawless from check in to to check out. The isn't one uncomfortable spot in the cabin and you'll find yourself not wanting to leave.
A beautiful and relaxing spot for day trips on some of the best motorcycling roads in the country. An excellent setting, easy communication and a well appointed and spotless cabin on a pristine creek. All we could ask for!
We hiked Max Patch and visited the stocked fishing pond just beyond the parking lot, about a 25-minute winding drive from the cabin. Experiencing the 360 degree mountain view is an absolute must. The rest of our stay was spent on the back porch overlooking the creek, eating, chatting, watching those of us who fished or dozing off to the sound of the water. It was wonderful to unplug and enjoy the house; it was perfectly equipped and neat as a pin. If you’re looking for peace and calm, this is it!
The photos are spot on for this place. So peaceful and relaxing to sit outside, catch up with family and listen to and watch the creek go by. There was a cute family of muskrats we caught glances of during our stay. We will be back.
The Cabin in Hot Springs, NC was simply amazing! We stayed the weekend with family and friends celebrating my wife's 38th Birthday. The crisp mountain air, the sound of the creek, the fire pit, and long outdoor patio were the highlights of our stay. So peaceful. We will definitely be back!
