"I can't think of anything to complain about. The facility was close to spotless inside and out. Ylises, who took care of our room did a fantastic job. The breakfast was very good. and the location in Keystone couldn't have been better for sightseeing the Black hills."

"The hotel was conveniently located for visiting Custer State Park and Mount Rushmore. Our room was on the second floor, but there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up a couple of flights of stairs. The breakfast staff were lovely and very helpful, even sharing their favorite sights to see in the area. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was quite different. We waited more than 15 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk, and when the staff member finally returned, they seemed to have an attitude and were rather rude."
