"When we booked this property we were under the impression it was an entire house as stated in the listing. When we arrived it was a basement apartment. The first few days there was a lot of noise from the upstairs family and kids. If I knew this was a basement apartment I wouldn't have booked this location for my family."

"This was a wonderful stay for 3 generations of our family visiting our son at SDSMT. The house is very well appointed with everything we needed. The beds and variety of pillow types encouraged great sleep after long days playing tourist! We brought a trailer with toys for off roading and the driveway was plenty long to accommodate our truck and trailer, which is hard to find at many properties.
