"Our stay was great. The place was nice and clean, everything was there for our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Only one minor detail, we are all shower kind of people, but that didn’t work, we had to take baths. Not a biggie though. It was a wonderful stay and if available, will stay here again."

"The condo we had for five nights worked out very good for our family. It was very clean and exactly as described. A lot of room in the living room area and the kitchen had everything except a colander…Lol! Convenient location a few miles from Deadwood. It was quieter area too after long busy days. The price was very good for what we needed."

"This was our 2nd year staying here . It's an amazing location, close to all the great sights and happenings. And quiet place to come back too when we are done for the day. There is a few maintenance things that need attention. The patio blinds were broken last year and still were this year. We brought camping chairs to sit in as the couch only really fits 2. The stools are nice but not to watch TV or play games. Bottom line this is still an excellent place to stay."

Had the basics, but was missing some common things. Needs additional plates, bowls, cups, towels, kitchen items, etc, and would benefit from some additional living room seating. "We had an impromptu Labor Day family trip. Scott was so accommodating and helped us with all our questions. The deck was amazing to make smores and there is a massive lawn played games on and even an outdoor batting cage which was a "hit". Basement is full of games and theatre seating with a very cool bar with memorabilia."

"Quiet, comfortable hotel. One thing I didn't realize about residential hotels is that most of the guests are there for an extended period of time so in general they will be quieter than guests at other hotels. In addition, there will be fewer children around. Excellent breakfast every morning in a clean breakfast room."
