"What a beautiful place this is. We experienced all 4 seasons during our week. From warm and sunny to spectacular views of snow on the peaks. Every day we were treated to a beautiful sunset and/or sunrise. If you want a place to get away, this is it. Deadwood/Lead are close enough if you need to get to town. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, and great communication with the Host."

"This was a wonderful cabin in a great location. Traffic on our road was minimal, and the stream beside the place was lovely. After being out and about all day every day, it was really nice to come back to the cabin, fix some dinner, and sit outside by the fire pit until well after dark. If we are ever back in the area, we won’t hesitate to stay there again!"

"We loved the property, just wish the weather would have been warmer to enjoy a cocktail on the deck by the creek. It was really stocked nicely with whatever you may need, more so than most VRBO properties we have stayed at. The only drawback was the road. It was all dirt/clay and the car got filthy traveling back and forth, but of course no reflection and we dealt with it. I would most definitely stay here again."

"I wanted to take my Dad and my kids on a truly authentic black hills road trip from MN and this was the perfect spot to stay in between the Northern and Southern hills. We were a half hour drive from Lead, Deadwood, Spearfish etc and an hour to drive to Custer. Carol and Linda's cabin was very comfortable, clean and warm to return to each day and they were very gracious and helpful hosts. Also, the little Mercantile store in Nemo was a great spot to stop to eat at the end of a long day before...

"We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. We had a group of 7 adults and 7 kids, we felt so comfortable in this cabin! The basement is so great for kids of all ages, there are great sleeping spaces for a group this size! This cabin has it all, some of us didn’t go explore the town as the cabin and beautiful scenery with falling snow was more than enough!! Would definitely recommend, and book again!"
