"Grocery store across the street, restaurant next door, neighborhood to walk in and parking right in front of our room. Meyer was very helpful in helping me clean up when I spilled my morning shake on my white pants. Thought I'd throw them away but he was able to get the stain completely out. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean with nice white towels and the shower water pressure was good and strong. No coffee maker in the list of amenities but when I asked for one it was placed...

"This place is the pits. If I had a remolded room, which I did, I would hate to see an old room. No security lock on the door, the parking lot is small and unlit, in a seedy part of town. There is also no over night person working. Went to check out in the morning and lobby door was locked. Would not stay here again."

"Very unique concept. Checked in at the desk. When I inquired about the restaurant, I had a choice between pizza and wings. Not a problem. the gentleman at the desk, now became the waiter and cook. While waiting on food, the same gentlemen then became the bartender! Good food, cold beer, prompt service! The rooms could definitely use repair and updating, but for the price it was fine. It appears to be work in process. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again and hope to see improvements in time."

"The room was clean and decorated in a cute way. The view was amazing. Loved getting picked up and dropped off by the trolley."

"We had an impromptu Labor Day family trip. Scott was so accommodating and helped us with all our questions. The deck was amazing to make smores and there is a massive lawn played games on and even an outdoor batting cage which was a "hit". Basement is full of games and theatre seating with a very cool bar with memorabilia."

"We had a great stay with Becci and Colin at their Chalet. Property was as advertised and we enjoyed using the hot tub and tennis court. Beds were super comfy and we had all we needed in the kitchen to prepare breakfasts and lunches after a quick trip to grocery store. We enjoyed takeout for dinner from Neighbors Grub and Pub and had a great steak meal at Dakotas Steak House. We loved the nature all around and the great selection of books on property. "Quiet, comfortable hotel. One thing I didn't realize about residential hotels is that most of the guests are there for an extended period of time so in general they will be quieter than guests at other hotels. In addition, there will be fewer children around. Excellent breakfast every morning in a clean breakfast room."
