"The room was very clean, but the neighbors left their bathroom fan running all night long which made it difficult to sleep. Having a room on the bottom floor is probably not the best as everyone is talking loudly as they are walking by and are not considerate of others. The toilet also continued to run so we had to shut off the water while we slept. We did advise the front drsk when we left. We left a smaller suitcase behind and called and spoke with Johnathan (sorry if spelling is not correct) He assured he could package it and send to us. We received it within 4 days and are very grateful for all of his help. We would definitely stay again."
