This small ranching town hosts the annual Newell Labor Day Rodeo where locals showcase authentic cowboy skills. Visit the Newell Museum to explore pioneer artifacts or head to nearby Bear Butte State Park for hiking trails with prairie views.
This hotel is very quiet, felt like a cabin and was comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous! Lots of hot options, fruits, cereals, juices. I'll definitely come back!

This hotel is so cute. It had things that needs fixed, like they were in a bit of a hurry to get it up and running, so minor things here and there. Like the shower was not fully sealed at the top, some brick on two of the walls were replaced with a piece of wood (hopefully for now). The beds were comfortable and the staff is very nice. We will stay again.

i'm not going to lie I was skeptical about staying at a super eight , but it was the only room available in town as there was a rodeo as well as a carnival as well as Fourth of July celebration in town ,,
upon arrival The gentleman who runs this property was very nice and assertive and let me take a look at the room informed me of all the updates that have been done in the last six months he seemed very proud of the hotel and I will tell you this the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel...

Really nice, clean and well kept place. We loved the location and all of the wildlife visiting the yard. Bed was super comfortable and there was everything there for a cozy stay. We definitely would book again.
