There is a wall mounted television, closet and plenty of storage. The stylish bathroom has a large walk-in tiled shower, glass panel door and plenty of fresh luxurious towels and toiletries.

Park right in front of the condo. We have a boat ramp right next door that you can use for a small fee and boat trailer parking in dedicated areas in our parking lot. Or, there are some owners that will rent their slip...just ask me for info on this. Short term (several hours) boat tie-up is available first come basis.

Located just off Central Ave, this condo is minutes from so much to see and do in Hot Springs!! Take in a spa bath in the historic Bath House Row downtown, meander through the many art galleries or hike the majestic trails scattered throughout the National Park forest.
