Relax and enjoy this special remodeled lakeside retreat with private balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton's sweeping views. Plan to spend your early morning coffee time here and perhaps plan your evening on the balcony with cocktails while grilling dinner.

Or relax inside in the living room with the HD 55 inch flat screen TV & SoundBar! Free high speed internet. Beautiful furnishings, light flooring & crown moulding as well as remote control solar shades will create just the right atmosphere. Owner is an interior designer...beautiful & comfortable furnishings & accessories.

If cooking is your thing, the fabulous new kitchen will please: seamless quartz countertops, upgraded stainless appliances, refrigerator ice maker & pendant lighting for meal prep. Fully equipped with everything you need.

At the end of the day, sink into the plush King size bed fitted with luxury linens. (So many guests have mentioned how comfortable the bed is.....) There is a wall mounted television, closet and plenty of storage. The stylish bathroom has a large walk-in tiled shower, glass panel door and plenty of fresh luxurious towels and toiletries.

Park right in front of the condo. We have a boat ramp right next door that you can use for a small fee and boat trailer parking in dedicated areas in our parking lot. Or, there are some owners that will rent their slip...just ask me for info on this. Short term (several hours) boat tie-up is available first come basis.

Located just off Central Ave, this condo is minutes from so much to see and do in Hot Springs!! Take in a spa bath in the historic Bath House Row downtown, meander through the many art galleries or hike the majestic trails scattered throughout the National Park forest. Other popular attractions include seasonal horse racing at the nationally recognized Oaklawn Park and it's adjoining huge casino. Our Garvan Gardens botanical garden is quite famous and spectacular year around and summer fun at Magic Springs Water Park. Let's not forget the shopping and dining selections in over 200 restaurants.

Great stay

The condo was very nice and clean with beautiful lakefront view. Everything was just as advertised. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The bed was super comfortable! Also Kay was an excellent host! She made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in on us after a bad storm came through.

Loved this condo!

This condo is beautiful. It is so quiet and Peacefull but still close to restaurants and activities. It had everything we needed for a couples retreat. Would love to stay there again.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a romantic weekend getaway. Everything was perfect! It was a great location - close to dining, entertainment, and hiking but still quiet. We would recommend this property to any couple wanting to spend time together!

Beautiful Condo and very convenient!

The condo was very beautifully decorated. I enjoyed sitting on the deck and look out over Lake Hamilton. The bed was super comfortable. The owners were quick to answer any questions and made us feel welcome. We plan to stay here again.

Perfection

This was an amazing place! Everything we needed was there. The view couldn’t be beat and just off the main street in the city so we were close to everything. It was so quiet and the neighbors we did see were extremely friendly. The condo was perfection. I can’t say a bad thing about it. We will definitely be back soon.

My husband and I have been coming to Hot Springs for some time, and Kay's condo is by far, the nicest we have stayed at. It's perfect for 2 people, well appointed decor, extremely comfortable king bed, loved the large walk-in shower and TV. Our only disappointment was we didn't have time to prepare a meal to enjoy while sitting on the back deck. You won't be disappointed!!

This place makes you feel like you matter!!

This condo was EVERYTHING we were looking for and more. Definitely exceeded our expectations!! It did not disappoint. The thought, care, and attention to detail made us feel like we mattered and this place was made just for us. Kay is an amazing owner and host and personable. Love the personal touch and connection. We will definitely be back soon and every time we are in Hot Springs. Oh, and the flat iron was out of the box thinking!! It was very welcomed and thoughtful!! Weekend Getaway
