"The users hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Building was rundown and outdated. Rooms had some upgrades but the floors, headboard and shower were dirty. Common areas very dated. Hallway carpets stained. We checked in about 9 pm. Check in staff was pleasant and helpful, however, we had to request a new room due to a strong odor on the first. Once I’m the new room, I took a shower and realized the shampoo, conditioner and body was dispensers were all empty. There were zero toiletries in the bathroom. I immediately called the front desk and explained the situation, asking if someone could bring up toiletries so we could at least get showers in the morning. She was very short with me and said they could not bring anything up because housekeeping was gone for the night. She said I could come to the desk to pick up shampoo, etc. I explained I just got out of the shower and asked if someone besides housekeeping could drop the items by as I was in a towel with wet (dirty) hair at this point. She yelled at me that housekeeping is gone and no one is available to bring the items, then she hung up on me. At checkout, attendant also rude, short and never asked how our stay was. To top it off we dealt with the smell of pot from our neighbors for most of the night. Trash experience. Worse than I’d expect at a roadside motel."
