- Built in 1905 and lovingly restored + updated, The Ben Potts Suite at The Evanston is a centrally-located stay in downtown Hot Springs, within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, Evans Plunge + more. Drive to Wind Cave National Park in 10 minutes and Custer State Park in 15 minutes!
DECOR: Warm and welcoming mid-century modern.
KITCHEN: Well-stocked with sharp knives + cutting boards and multiple coffee options (K-cup, drip, and pourover).
RELAX: Sign in to your own streaming services on our 55" Roku TV and lounge on a comfy leather sofa.
SETTING: A one-bedroom apartment on the second floor of the completely-renovated historic Evanston building. Please note that this suite is on the 2nd floor, about 30 steps up (this is a tall building!).
You may hear some road noise in this suite since it is on the front side of the building.
