Our lovely Williamsburg reproduction home is a prime spot to enjoy beautiful Hot Springs, AR. This 4 BR 4.5 Bath is just minutes away from Magic Springs Water and Theme Park, Oaklawn Park and Historic Hot Springs National Park. We can sleep 10 people.
Meals can be prepared in a fully equipped kitchen and served at a large tiger maple dining room table or on the farm table in the breakfast area. The kitchen includes a gas stovetop, double ovens and an island to use for prep.
The main level of the house includes the kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, sunroom, living room, master bedroom and bath, library/office, wood burning fireplace, laundry room and powder room.
The upstairs contains 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and bonus space that sleeps 2.
Wireless wifi, as well as intercom/monitoring system is available through the entire home.

We highly recommend using the Cancellation Protection insurance policy available through VRBO to insure the best travel experience.

Horse racing trip

David snd Sonya are wonderful hosts and the property was perfect for our group of 8. The house is equipped with everything you need, and we recommend using the private chef for a nice dinner in after a day at the races. We definitely will stay again!!!

Beautiful and spacious

We take a girls trip each year and this home gave us our own bedroom and bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen, all the linens you need and convenient to downtown. It was perfect!

Bachelor Trip

Overall this house is impressive in size, quality and comfortability. Mr. Chittum is a gracious host and the location is wonderful. Not too far away from town but far enough away that you dont get bogged down by traffic. Would definitely recommend for a medium sized group just looking to get away for the weekend.

Thanksgiving on The Hill

We had a group of 10 staying and had 7-8 others that joined us for meals. This is definitely not your typical listing with a ton of bunk beds to accommodate more people. Fantastic place for an adult group (but it would be fine with kids, too)! Kitchen is perfect for hosting and cooking for a large group and was VERY well stocked. Plenty of seating for meals as well, and a nice back porch and fire pit. Can't say enough good things about The Chilton House! David and Sonya are great and very communicative! See ya next year!

The house was very roomy and clean. Stayed for graduation. Close to town. Communication was superb. We forgot a crock pot and was able to use one provided by the owners. Highly recommend.

Awesome Stay…Lots of Soace

I can’t say enough good things about this home. It’s beautifully furnished with lots of space and more amenities than expected. The hosts were helpful with great communication. My girlfriends and I will definitely meet in Hot Springs again and this will be our first choice to stay!

Large Home

House is very large. Kitchen has everything you would need to cook meals instead of going out. Great place to stay if you have a group going to the ORV park down the road.

Fabulous Weekend

8 adults stayed at the house (3 couples and 2 singles) so we used all 5 bedrooms. Very spacious and clean and is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need! We used the fire pit and grill and the house sits on top of this huge hill and has beautiful views from the backyard. Close to downtown and horse races. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Owners & Beautiful Property

We're a whole group of Jeepers that came to Hot Springs for an event and wanted to stay someplace close to the trails. We found this place and it was PERFECT! The owners are so incredibly nice and the house is BEAUTIFUL. Communication was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Hot Springs!

Lovely home perfect location great neighborhood

David and Sonya have done an excellent job as host of their home, from the 5 large bedrooms and kitchen (fully equipped) to the oversized garage, 4 and a half bathrooms everything is wonderful. The quality and attention to detail of the home is incredible, we have rented houses before but this is by far the best we have found. The location is perfect for exploring the Hot Springs area, the quiet neighborhood was very nice. We spent most of the time exploring the Hot Springs area and took a day trip to the crater of diamonds state park which was fascinating. Everyone looked forward to coming home every afternoon to the relaxing atmosphere. The children enjoyed the wifi and having their own space, we used the kitchen facilities daily and everything worked perfectly. Again thank you to the perfect host David and Sonya.

Perfect location for a large family getaway!

This was the perfect location for our Hot Springs family reunion! Even though we only had 6 family members that actually stayed here overnight, there was plenty of room for our group of 23 during the day for our family reunion. Plenty of seating for family meals, large fully stocked kitchen for meal prep, several bathrooms and plenty of room for us to spread out, visit and play games. The backyard was shaded enough so that we could even enjoy a washers tournament in the June heat! The location was nice and quiet, and the house was beautiful with its colonial style charm. David & Sonya were great hosts - the welcome basket was a nice treat. We would highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again if the need arises. ~ April & Randy

Peaceful Rest and Relaxation

This is definitely a home away from home. It is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Our party of ten never felt crowded. The rooms and bathrooms were spaced apart for privacy of different sleeping patterns. It felt cozy at supper with the large table to gather around. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We enjoy cooking on our vacations and the kitchen was large enough for lots of camaraderie while preparing. Great stovetop and ovens. They have plenty of dishes and silverware and a dishwasher. What a blessing! There were games for the children. Twister was a big hit! The extra den or sun porch was fabulous for those who wake up slowly to be able to avoid the fray of an excited breakfast preparation. Each bathroom had plenty of towels and washcloths. The beds were very comfortable. The area seemed very quiet. In addition, It was nice having the double garage available for parking or storage. We were off-roading some on our stay and we could place doors and windows and tops in a safe garage while enjoying the outdoors. We had a wonderful vacation and the stay made it so comfortable. We highly recommend.
