"House was nice and clean for our stay. We had problems getting in with the key code (our fault) and mike was quick and responsive to help us. House was clean, plenty of towels and linens. Location was nice and quiet. There are two windows in both bathrooms with no coverings which was a little uncomfortable. But not really a huge deal, but would of liked a little more privacy in the bathroom. Also if you don’t like a very firm bed I would suggest bringing a cheap mattress topper for the...

"My husband and I took our two sons and their families to Hot Springs Ar and had a wonderful time, the house was well stocked, very comfortable and roomy. It is very steep down to the water. Great getaway!!!! Katherine was our contact person with Evole, she was amazing!!!! Don’t lock the inside door to the parking garage if you place to leave a car parked in the inside parking garage, it locks from inside the parking garage!!"

"It was a beautiful house with a great view. My only concern was the washer and dryer did not work very well, but we managed. I would absolutely stay here again. The host was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this property."
