"Room was updated and nice view. It was well cleaned daily with special touches. Majority of staff excellent at providing services with exception of two new women at reception desk who were not very accommodating on some occasions.Special mention to bellmen and dining room staff who were excellent!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was courteous and attentive throughout our visit, and the view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. We decided to pay for the club upgrade, and it was well worth it. The 21+ pool area was a great perk, along with improved dining seating options and access to an additional bar. It definitely elevated the overall experience. The only downside was that the adults-only pool could get crowded at times and didn’t always have enough space to accommodate everyone. Expanding that area would make the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic stay that we would happily recommend!"

"Great location in the Zona Hotelera. Greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and a seat on a comfy sofa while we waited to check-in. Check-in was smooth and key details were explained quickly. Butler then assisted us to our suite politely explaining security features in the elevator and then walked us through the suite and its ammenities. And what a suite! And what a view! Our suite was spacious and clean - and kept clean daily. Resort staff were enthusiastic, encouraging, friendly, and clearly enjoying themselves. All four restaurants and both bars served delicious food an drink with professionalism and pride - staff were always eager to make suggestions and accept requests for alterations. We enjoyed a lovely week and will definitely return!"

"The hotel is definitely Mexican Charm. Our room was clean, plenty of hot water for showering, daily maid service and comfortable bed. The only down side in the room we had was you could hear some road noise now and again and the fan for the ac unit was a bit loud. The staff is absolutely wonderful and service was excellent. The food was not 5 Star, but you could find something at each meal to eat. We were able to find chairs by the pool each day and if you were having trouble finding one a staff member would help find one for you. We would definitely stay at this resort again."
