"Pros: Staff is very friendly and very attentive. The food was very good as well. The property is big and the pools are nice. They have two swim up bars, activities for families, buffet, specialty restaurant, tour desk, coffee shop, lounge area, and easy access to the beach. The location was within walking distance to several other hotels, restaurants, and shops. Cons: the room we stayed in was large and had a pool view. "When we arrived they gave us the wrong room. They gave us another that was also wrong. Then we were told this site doesn’t guarantee us the room we book. After threatening to go elsewhere they gave us the right room. The property is great. The food is very limited. "

"Everything was amazing. The service was incredible . The cleanliness of the hotel itself and cleaning people always keeping up with the resort. Very family friendly would go back. The only thing was the food could improve a bit. The breakfast buffet so delicious and the lunch was great multiple options for both kids and adults. Not a fan of the asian restaurant nor the Mexican style restaurant. All other food was great! "
