Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
The hotel staff were wonderful. WOTIF on the other hand I will never use this portal again after they confirmed our stay for 4 nights and only reserved 3 with the hotel and left the Hotel to clean up their mess. Overall rating for WOTIF ZERO
