"Pleasant room with lovely view. Very well situated. Access to the funicular a real treat. Good range of food options and super breakfast. Staff all very friendly but poorly trained and managed. We were variously told that we could/could not have a kettle; could/could not use the new terrace area at all; could/could not have a drink there; could/could not have a meal there. Room service unreliable - we were missing towels, bathmat, toilet roll on different days. Muzak in the public areas was absolutely deafening."

"The staff was great. Everything about the spa and hours were explained clearly and quickly. The morning breakfast had a wide variety of savory and sweet foods along with beverages. The view in the back is wonderful and quiet."

"Check in was very easy and staff were helpful. Parking was straightforward. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. The centre of Bastone is 5 minutes walk away and there is a good selection of bars and restaurants"

"Beautiful hotel in the centre of Spa. We used most of amenities including the pool and sauna. A drink in one of the lounges was a wonderful way to end the evening."

"Great apartment - really clean and spacious. We only stayed one night but had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. Just note check in is in the restaurant which is on the otherside of the roundabout, this wasn't as clear until we arrived at the property."

"Loved the balcony with lovely views of the garden and the castle. Glad I booked the room with the balcony. Sadly it rained lest night and also I couldn’t work out how to put the balcony light on. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. Loved the location right by the castle and town hall and a supermarket. Wiltz is a lovely little town with loads of history. Loads of nice eating places. Amazing breakfast this morning served by a lovely lady."
