"What a charming, fun house! The location was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to Magazine St, St. Charles Ave and all up and down Tchoupitoulas and felt very safe doing so. There are many different places to eat and drink in the immediate area with live music at Tipitina’s right down the road. The uber ride was a quick one down to the French Quarter. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and the host was incredible and responsive. We will be back!"

"Overall, this is a very nice gathering spot for a group of friends looking to experience New Orleans. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the home is nicely furnished. The layout of the bathrooms and bedrooms is a little unusual, with only the master BR having it's own full bath. A second BR has a half bath (no shower), & the 3rd BR has an adjacent 1/2 bath (no toilet). Finally, there is 1 common area full bath near the living room/ kitchen. Kitchen is stocked with...

"This house is perfect and Morgan was a wonderful host. Our plan was to bring our boat for a short fishing trip, but our boat broke down right before our visit. I mentioned it to Morgan and he offered to reach out to Big Dog Charters, I'm so thankful that they were able to accommodate our group and we fished all day! "This cottage was very cozy and a great location to be "home base" while we explored New Orleans. The neighborhood was picture book NOLA, with colorful homes, lots of porches, flowers, and the street car. It's close to universities and the Audoubon Zoo/Park/Aquarium. There were some delicious places to eat within walking distance, easy walking distance (around the block!). The street car was a block away and it was easy to drive to the French Quarter. "The property is in a great location opposite the main island. The sandbar was fun for the kids, and it was nice not having the traffic and busyness of the main island. House was clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults and two kids, and I think we needed something a little bigger for all of us. The washing machine was horrendous and needs to be fixed ASAP. We couldn't wash hardly anything without it banging. Railing outside on patio needs additional slats for child safety. All doors in house need...

So much space to give everyone privacy, yet accommodating to bring everyone together for dining and entertainment, We loved the games and access to a big TV to watch our hometown basketball game! The access to the beach was a huge win! The walkway is right next to the house. The beds were super comfortable and each room is equipped with its own window a/c unit (in addition to the central air) We did a lot of cooking and were impressed with the cookware that was available....
