"Came down for our yearly trip to the area and found this nice home. Conveniently located and within a 10 minute drive to downtown. The property owner communicated with us without hesitation which makes things run smoothly. If you are coming to the area, I would highly recommend this cute getaway. "I liked the space and condition inside, outside, entries abd walk ways were pretty shabby. There were screaming drunk or drugged get togethers both above us and on the next door property. A lot of the walls had dirty smudges, inside unit, however everything else seemed clean and tidy."

"The floors were dirty. It appeared nobody had swept or vacuumed the floors as we could see some dirty on the floor. Light bulbs were out. Marks on the walls that could have easily been cleaned off. Refrigerator was broken but serviceable. Tubs for the shower were a little sketchy. We couldn’t find any instructions on how to use some items. "
