Although I wasnt participating in any of the events that were happening during my stay, there were several and even if the staff was up to their elbows in guests seeking check in, check out, inquiries about property/area or anything else; whether it was front desk, management, security, valet.... Every single person I interacted with was polite, informative, professional and engaging. I've stayed in A LOT of different places, all over the world...
