"So overall we had a good stay. Some minor things like the bottle that came included in our package we had delay in receiving it. We also had no fridge in our room and in the details it states fridge in room it didn’t specify “suites only” which is what we were told. That there was low inventory on fridges for the room so was it just low inventory or did the room not come with one even though there was a section where it seemed a mini fridge once lived. Small things to tweak but staff was great, bartenders were phenomenal Woody made our first night phenomenal. Awesome cocktail class with Tara and Erick really showed great hospitality. There were 2 other bartenders who also were amazing by the pool. Loved that we could order food to the pool. I would say the website for the restaurant is outdated as there’s a happy hour from 3-5pm advertised online but when I went down to actually partake I was told they don’t do that anymore so Some stuff outdated. Area was close to everything, pool was phenomenal minus not enough reclining chairs and the umbrella blowing so hard it dropped my Things and broke my Fitbit as it went under the umbrella base when the wind blew it. I had gone to the bar for a drink and another guest told me how it happened and that’s why he had been picking up what flew for me. I know this is a mixed review but I mean overall it’s a positive, I just wanna give constructive criticism to help for others experience"

"We had a balcony room that looked over Bourbon St. We weren't fans of Bourbon St. But our the hotel was wonderful! Clean bathroom and sheets. The breakfast was the best we had our entire stay. Beautiful pool area. Hotel was extremely nice. We walked everywhere. Definitely got some miles in. We enjoyed our stay!"

"They need to disclose all of the fees associated with charging items to the room and the $25 destination fee and a supposed $15 credit you get a day. So they say that then you assume to charge things to your room and then they tack on all these little fees on top of a destination fee plus the items you charged to the room. Even if I tipped the people helping me such as the bartender or the person at the pool they stil add an additional gratuity on top of the fees. Just be aware"

"Positive - Friendly staff. Nice (and clean)room. Comfortable pillows. Unique architecture. Pool was refreshing. Close proximity to restaurants (including Cafe Du Monde) and other merchants. Negative - Too much lighting from outside and inside hallway. Bed was not very comfortable. Needed a full length mirror (from my wife). Needs a place to put toiletries in bathroom."

"The staff was really helpful and kind. The pool was a bit dirty, but the rest of the place was really clean despite what the other travelers were doing each night. The staff was able to maintain and claim all of the gross from the other travelers."
