"I tried to book parking in advance several times but received no response. When I arrived, I was told that the parking was full."

"Excellent hotel within 10 minutes walk of the main square/harbour. The fixtures and fittings were smart and new. Our appartment, although small, had 2 bathrooms and a huge bed in the main bedroom. There was a small balcony and indoor dining table for 4. The outdoor pool was a good size, with a small garden and quite a few loungers. The only negatives were a limited amount of crockery and pans in the kitchen and the fact that the reception desk closes at 8 pm. There was sufficient free parking and a Lidl over the road for any essentials. I would definitely stay here again."

"Arrived to a warm reception from the front desk. Pretty much went downhill from there. Checked in and had to kill 6 files and three mosquitos in the room. It was hot in La Havre and the room was over 90 F. Called the desk to ask how to cool room, told they control and just open a window. Which explained the flies, because there are no screens. The Bar/restaurant staff were just genuinely uninterested in Serving guests in any way. I will never go back."

"Hotels.com said that reception closed at 20.00 but it closed at 19.00! Fortunately we arrived at the same time as some other late arrivals who phoned someone and found their room card under the outside ash tray....ours was there too. Unfortunately the details were incorrect so it took us ( and several friendly people) a long time to find our room. The whole site was almost empty and only just starting for the season. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. When we met the receptionist the following morning she was very apologetic. We feel that better information about the Adonis should be provided. "
