"Staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker, as well as a TV, and the WiFi worked fine. The breakfast area in the office building had several tables, and included a "make-your-own-waffles" station (love that!), buffet-style scrambled eggs and sausage, as well pre-packaged muffins. Yogurt and other items were available in a refrigerator. Parking was in a a space right outside the room entrance on the first floor, which was ground level. The location is on Main Street (Route 7) in Great Barrington, but set back from the road so there's less traffic noise. There are restaurants and shops in easy walking distance of this motel, and it is an easy drive of 15 mins. or so to the nearby towns of Lenox, Lee (location of Mass. Turnpike exit/entrance), West Stockbridge, and Stockbridge that have their own shops, restaurants, sites, and venues of interest. I highly recommend this motel."
Amazing 2-bedroom apartment sunny and quiet in Great Barrington

"I rate this Great Barrington apartment a very solid 4, especially considering the low nightly rate. The location is 5 stars. It is reasonably clean and reasonably comfortable. Could it be improved? Yes, but then the rate would go up and it is really fine how it is. Enjoy the short walk to downtown and the fun artwork. It is nicer than it looks in the photos. I would definitely stay here again. If forced to reveal my complaints I'd tell you the mattress is a bit soft, it is a little shabby, I was terrified I'd miss the step up into the bathroom at night, no tissues provided, I kept thinking I would break the glass storm door because it sticks. Basically nothing to complain about and the location is perfect."

"Riley and her husband run the inn and they were incredibly helpful. Good breakfast every morning. Just a walk to a lively downtown Great Barrington shopping area filled with restaurants and shops. Tanglewood was a 20-minute drive. We plan to stay again."

"We visited as a group of three couples and had an excellent weekend. The house was extremely clean and feels bigger than the square footage listed - never cramped. The hot tub was great, so relaxing to check out the sky and trees while lounging there. Great Barrington is so close and has a ton of shops and restaurants, and there was a little farmers market on Saturday. We caught a show at Tanglewood and the drive was easy. Thank you, I bet we’ll be back!"
