"Very nice front desk staff-courteous, upbeat, helpful. Room was clean but leftover trash in bin and no ice tray in refrigerator. VERY comfortable bed. Train in middle of the night was a throwback experience to a different age-i liked it but some would be frightened of the noise. Excellent location."

"Lovely home to relax and unwind. My wife and I had our cousins stay with us for a portion of our stay. The house is roomy and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, which was fabulous during the heat of summer. The location was terrific because it was a 2-3 minute drive into Great Barrington. It was also a delightful walk into Great Barrington."

"Good central location. Walkable neighborhood. Adequate off-street parking. Plenty of seating in living room. Nice bathroom & shower, liked the rugs & towels. Washer & dryer were a bonus. Decor was "shabby-artsy" and might not appeal to all travelers. Sporadic water pressure issues in the shower (as in only drip coming out). Lots of hand-made ceramic wear in kitchen but don't know if it was lead-free glazed or microwave safe,"
