Check in was effortless with a friendly accommodating staff. The security feature in called elevators when getting to your floor was appreciated. The room was spacious, modern and welcoming. The bathroom was lovely and rainfall showerhead was EVERYTHING. Good location too!

Located in the heart of downtown Houston. The rooms were clean and spacious. Nice sized shower with both a handheld and rainfall sprayer. Television had good coverage between regular cable and internet. Breakfast was somewhat subpar. Very limited selection and the items I ordered took much too long to come out. I would suggest passing on the breakfast and go outside the hotel. Overall..good value.

For the purpose of our trip, this location was perfect! We were in Houston to watch FIFA game at NRG stadium. Red train line was literally in front of hotel which brought us directly to stadium. This hotel was also located in a very nice & safe part of downtown Houston. Lots of bars & restaurants in the area. The staff at this property made us feel welcomed! So polite and professional.
