Hotel is under renovation and still listing rooms at full price. Ok for hostel purpose. But I'd suggest spend $10 more and get a separate room in some motel. Because it is a motel only.

Didn’t specify that the room I booked was a shared dorm experience. Asked to get different room and they wouldn’t let me pay the difference. Had to pay another $150 for a room plus $50 holding fee. Then they charged my card another $50 and said they didn’t when I showed them my bank statement. Also on the website they provide breakfast from 6-10am and they didn’t. It didn’t have a gym either. I would rate experience 1out of 5 stars. One of the staff was actually very nice and felt bad for me knowing I drove 7 hours out of state just to deal with this mess.

I booked for two weeks. After 2 nights a terrible smell started in the room. It was not able to get remedied by the hotel. Made it incredibly uncomfortable to sleep any night after that. I preferred to sleep in my personal vehicle for 2 nights to see if it would get fixed. It didn’t. I asked for a refund on the remaining days that I wasn’t going to stay. And I was rejected. Terrible ownership.

This is the first time I have ever stayed in a place where you have others in same room. I thought it be weird but it was definitely what I expected. I stay again definitely.

It has been a while since I stayed in a hostel and so it felt a bit like a chore before I arrived but it was a great stay. All female dorm was clean and comfortable. Bed size was more like Twin XL with charging ports and a little shelf beside each bed. There was a bathroom in the room but also male/female public bathrooms to use so as not to wake my roommates up. There is also the Space Bar with ample outdoor seating for a place to hang out. It is beside the Interstate so you hear the traffic but it’s kinda like background noise and muffled in the room. Safe area. Easy to walk to the Red Line. Great eateries within walking distance and the Houston Farmer’s Market is round the corner. Bradford checked me in at night and Edward makes rounds to check that all is well and everyone is happy. Events on Fridays and weekends. It was a delightful stay and the price was good.

I shared a room with 6 people. I was impressed at how quiet and respectful my roommates were. I thought the Continental breakfast was fitting and offered a good supply of protein and carbs. The atmosphere of the place was fun and festive. Infact,, I would love to come back with several girls and fill the bposh hostel for a night if fun! This is a very clean and hospitable hostel. The staffs are happy to assist with any questions, recommendations and are available 24/7. Another thing I liked about the facility is that it is well lit, lights are all over, so you feel safe walking to and from your room. Breakfast is also available every morning, this makes your stay even better, especially if you’re traveling on a budget, they got you covered. Options includes, oatmeal, toast, bagels, boiled eggs, yogurt, sliced oranges, coffee and did I mention cream cheese and jelly? 🙂 The pool is warm and just the right temperature to soothe your body. It’s not too deep, which was a plus for me. If I were to ever travel to Houston again, I’d definitely stay there, it’s best to travel at a time where you can catch the train to the area, otherwise Uber is a little over $30 to get there 😞. I give this hostel a 10/10.

I like the hostel concept and affordability. I disliked the very uncomfortable mattress and the noisy comings and goings all night long. I expected close quarters, but six people in such a small room was WAY too crowded.
