🪵Firepit Rules:
-The fire pit is strictly forbidden to use during high wind conditions.
-Fires must always be attended by a responsible adult (18+ years).
-Use fire tongs or appropriate fire instruments.
-Only burn dry hardwoods like oak, hickory, or maple sold specifically for firewood.
-Never burn pine, construction lumber, painted wood, cardboard, paper, trash, or any accelerants such as lighter fluid or gasoline.
-Keep chairs and flammable objects at a safe distance from the fire.

⚠️Damage & Responsibility for Firepit:
Any burn marks on the property (indoors or outdoors) will incur a $500 fine. You are responsible for all guests on the property. Please ensure everyone is aware of and follows these rules.
