Nice accommodations

They stay and hotel are amazing. You have to be a Hilton Honors member to use the Wi-Fi for free, otherwise it’s 15 dollars . They did let us check in early

The AC went out in the middle of the night, the room was very hot. I called front desk and they were not very helpful. I stopped by this morning on my way checking out and it was even worse, they did not even care.

I usually like staying at Hilton Garden Inn because of the bar & small kitchen at the Garden Inns. Ive stay at this property a few times. The first time is was excellent. Yet i must have upset the bartender or something because she has been very rude to me ever since. I will never stay @ this Garden Inn again. When i am in the Katy area (for business) i will stay @ a Marriott property that has a bar & a small kitchen.

I'd stay again

Check in was easy and staff friendly. 1st room toilet didn't work, so they moved us immediately. AC in hall of 2nd floor was not cooling well and pool needed to be shocked.

Clean and Cold rooms!

I evacuated here during a hurricane and they did a fabulous job, especially while short handed. Evan at the front desk had a great calming presence and was incredibly helpful. The room was immaculate, no small feat during a natural disaster. Any dings on my rating are just due to the age of the property, could use a little face lift. But the rooms are clean and COLD and a blessing after a hurricane.

Outdated, musty and tired hotel. Fitness center was aweful. Shower was something I would expect out of a government funded facility.

I got a bunch of what appears to be bed bug bites for my two night stay. The bathroom sink are too small and the bathtub didn't have any lights above it. Otherwise, the service was good and the location was convenient. Thank you!

The hotel was nice and clean the bed was very comfortable and the floor itself was very quite and peaceful. I did find a empty bottle of wine in the safe. I'm still waiting on my 50 dollar held for incidentals which should have been returned on Monday. Overall very nice hot.
