4 stars for service. 3.5 stars the hotel. This hotel is under new management, so in the 2 weeks of them owning it, they did a nice job. I think there were some parts about the stay that made me give it 3.5. But the amazing service gets a 4. They were very accommodating our first night, helped us out. Pool is closed, but they are fixing it. They said they have big plans for it, so i’m excited to see how far they go with it. Standard brekkie, but saved the day. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you and good luck to the new management.

Hotel was poorly maintained, dirty and had a bad smell. Conditions worsened through the elevator and hallway as we made it to our room. As soon as we entered we noticed several cockroaches! We immediately left and requested a refund and the person at the counter said they were aware but the roaches were only confined to a couple rooms. I have yet to receive an email confirming refund was issued
