I attended a conference at the Convention center. It was an easy mile walk over and back with many restaurant options in the downtown area. Parking on the street just outside the complex was safe and convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the host was a great communicator.

We stayed here for a concert at Minute Maid Park & it was the perfect location for us! Super close to the stadium & avoids a lot of the traffic. Very clean and well kept. We would stay here again!

Great little spot, very clean. Owner was very responsive. We walked to Minute Maid Park for baseball games and ubered by at night after hanging out downtown. Restaurants and breweries in walking distance.

Was a great central place for us to stay. You could walk to Minute Maid park but we took Ubers for about $5-$7 each trip. This place is for 2 people. Had everything we needed and great communication from host!

We had s great time at Encore Cheer comp! This cute property felt safe, quiet, tucked away, and secure! Not to mention clean and had everything we needed. The bed was SOOOoo comfy!! My achy back needs to know the brand and details of this bed. Comfy pillows. Felt like home away from home.

It was one small room but the place was nice! We were woken up by dogs barking in the morning presumably from the rest of the house. The house was secure which was a relief because the neighborhood seemed semi sketchy. Overall, enjoyed the trip!

Close to downtown and all stadiums except Texans. But it was only 15 mins by freeway. Room is small wife I stayed for rwo days. If all you need is a place to sleep this is the place.

The place was wonderful super clean and nice furnishings the neighborhoods when going out to find food and a convenient store was a bit out of our comfort level, not knowing the city and where to go and not go was more than we wanted to deal with so we left a day early, again the apartment was wonderful and felt safe there just know your surroundings before going.

I was pleasantly surprised on how easy it was to get to the freeway from this location. I was more impressed on how easy it was to drive to Minute Maid Park, and avoid a lot of the traffic. If you’re a baseball fan, this is a place to stay. It’s only perhaps 10 away from Minute Maid Park. The neighborhood is safe and the apartment was clean and comfortable and there was no dog barking for three nights we were there. If I ever go back to Houston, I will definitely try to stay here again if it’s available. The only thing I regret was not trying brothers tacos on Emancipation Road. They must’ve been very good Tacos because they had people waiting in line every morning . George
