HORROR HOTEL...BEWARE

Worst place EVER! Roaches in the room. A skinny white women knocked on our door at 12:30 am soliciting her body. Homles youg man slept and stayed at the 3rd floor elevator door. Men and women smoking weed right outside the door. Had to pass through all of this to get to my car. Elevator broke with my husband inside. Front desk is only open from 11am to 7pm. I felt unsafe 100% of the time. We checked out early.

"No more locked doors holms,,!,"*

Staff was rude and were threatened to kick us out because of 4 visitors the entire time which was about 5 days at the time. Remind you its an extended stay not a motel for a night. You should be alone to have people over if ite not a issue bothering other guest by being loud or whatever. Nope only the people on the check in can be in the rooms. Oh and my door the entire time wouldn't lock it just shut and opened like a front door at your house opens smooth and effortlessly ... gotta admit they keep the hinges and doors well kept just need to work on the locking thing people use to feel somewhat safe in a building of strangers. So maybe if it didn't stay broken until the day I checked out ALL 5 OF MY GUEST couldn't of just walked in anyways. 1 star. Again staff was ignorant and just lazy no F**** given additudes just have no desire or want to help. They just get paid to be there regardless of your stay. And with all that said you can guess I'd never stay there again even if it was free. I left the 5th day and got a new room over the services provided. So I move my family to a smaller sized hotel with a locking door and came back to my unlocked hotel to get my stuff that wasn't stolen thankfully

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE

Horrible. 0 stars. Fire alarm went off multiple times with no fire. Elevator shut down during false fire alarm and we had to run out baby in his jogger down 2 flights of stairs. Police and fire swarmed hotel, these alarms have gone off at 4am, 6pm. I missed work because I couldn’t take a shower and had to transport baby from hotel due to alarms and his emotional state from alarms. NO CAMERAS in hallways. Couldn’t tell who was pulling the fire alarms. UNSAFE. HOTEL LEAVES SIDE DOORS WITH KEY READER UNLOCKED. Homeless individuals roam through the halls hoping your door wasn’t shut all the way. Horrible horrible horrible. Not worth the money, will pay more for safety, security and calm environment.

Worst experience ever.

Omg!! Never again!! It was a 7 day stay i choose this location and i also went off of everyone reviews that this property was safe but they are all false i had roaches in my room the first 2 days until i bought roach spray, i had random guys knockin on my door i couldnt sleep at night i felt like i was in a human trafficking hotel there was this guy looking suspicious painting a old white truck with BLUE PAINT he just look up to no good dont do it dont book here.
