The gentleman that checked us in was cordial and helpful. Our room was clean and looked fresh. Despite being right next to the freeway, it was quiet. Easy access to restaurants and other stores. The parking lot was well lit and maintained.

The staff were great! Check in wass fast abd friendly. The Motel is Pet friendly, polite and clean. I was exausted,checked in late in the evening, about 10ish, ended up oversleeping and running late for check-out. They were kind and allowed me an extra few minutes to finish packing up and get my things (including my cat into my vehicle. Could have (and many other places would have) charged me for that. I was very appreciative for that.

Clean. Cheap. Awful coffee.

The employees were nice and polite. They are working with an outdated hotel and doing the best they can. It was clean. Beds were clean. Super small bathroom. Pool is beyond repair. Lobby coffee is awful LoL. For $60 I won't complain, just know you won't be impre6sith this hotel.

It was not the best the staff wants letting us check in till 7pm, they also double the price from what this place normally is. I always pay about $56 for a room they charged me over $150. The room was dirty and smelly my son got locked in the bathroom because the door was broken. I needed a place due to the hurricane so I had no choice but to stay.

Elizabeth was great at check-in and trying to take care of our needs. The rooms were clean and updated. The property had great lighting for safety. The reason for lower rating was because of trouble we had adjusting television volume and turning on/off when not able to use remote (even after going to office for new batteries) and no adjustments on Insignia television. Also only ice machine was in the office.

Won't do this one again - lesson learned

Front desk staff was very polite and easy to work with. No issues there. The A/C worked and they are pet friendly. The room was a smoking room and it was tidy but nothing special. Only 1 channel worked on the T.V. There were roaches in the room. The neighbors were very "busy" all night with people coming and going. Our dog barked every time as she should to let us know so not a restful night. In addition to this during the night someone stole a bag from the back of our truck. It was a grocery store cooler bag with ice and beer in it but still just gives you an idea of what the environment is. If you need a cheap place and don't mind the risk. It was ok.

The guy who checked me in was super amazing as I was going the a traumatic situation and you could see it all over my face, he immediately picked up on it and gave comfort and empathy. The room was very clean and the cleaning people cleaned everyday. This location is around everything so no need for traveling for anything. I definitely would stay her again and the price was really good especially if you book online.
