• The townhome is three stories + the rooftop deck.
• Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental (with the exception of coat closet on first floor)
• You will be provided with a unique access code to our electronic door lock and gate code to garage.
• You will have access to two (2) free garage parking spaces. There is plenty of free street parking.
• We offer a rental car service that may be discussed after confirmed booking. (7 Seater mid-size SUV Infiniti Q6XO).

Easy in and out for an overnight business trip. Great access to coffee shops nearby in the morning and 5 mins away from downtown. The rooms were clean, bedding comfy and the kitchen was dynamite.Thanks for the great stay!

Amazing home, beautifully decorated and close to everything! Friends and I were in town for the rodeo and this house was a gem! Everything and i mean everything you'll need is there. I loved how close it was to restaurants and nightlife, yet set back on a quiet street and gated was a plus! I'd book here again and again. Can't wait for my next trip to Houston because I'm staying here! Thank you for sharing your fabulous home!

Loved the location, the decor, the comfortable beds, and the rooftop.It's hard to think of anything to criticize. Location- perfect for our needs- in town for the marathon and we could literally walk to the convention center where all the activity began/ended. Walkable to many things. Loved having secure parking (garage and gate).

We loved staying at this beautiful home near downtown Houston. It was just minutes from the George Brown convention center. The hostess was very accommodating and quickly responded to any of our questions. Very comfortable beds too.

We came to Houston to visit our daughter, and knew very little about the area. I was looking for a quiet and comfy place for us to enjoy each others company, and this place was perfect. Not only was it decorated so beautifully, it was comfortable and clean, and very roomy! Our host was very responsive and we were so pleased with their attention to detail, and care.

I was in town for a work conference so I had a colleague staying at the property with me. I was there for only a few days but it was so comfortable I quickly felt like I was at home. The property is beautiful and stocked well with anything I needed. There are a couple really sweet coffee shops near by. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking was easy. I slept great, which is rare for me. The property manager/owner was very easy to communicate with and she was very accommodating. Thank you Eunice for a wonderful stay. Your home is wonderful!

Nice condo with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. Short Uber ride to the convention center or 15 min walk. Easy to work with for booking and everything was as shown on the website. Second time staying at this location and we would be happy to stay again next year!

Had meetings all week downtown. Able to get downtown in a few minutes and very little traffic. Place was nice and quiet. Great having a gated security access and a garage with auto door opener. 2nd time I’ve stayed at this property.

We came to Houston for a surgery and my family came to support me. There was plenty to room and the internet supported three serious work from home family members. The house was pretty well appointed; we cooked a decent amount! We didn’t really have any issues but I reached out to Eunice and she answered right away. We would stay here again!

Visited Houston during the Christmas week to visit with family and the host Eunice went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Not only was her home filled with all the comforts needed when traveling with family but she included Christmas decor which added to the festive ambiance needed in keeping with the Holiday spirit. The townhome community is quiet and gated which provided peace of mind and a sense of safety. The home is delightful, well appointed, within close proximity to everything and everyone we needed to see and events we needed to attend including Lakewood Church for Christmas Eve service and Discovery Green for Holiday fun. We will surely return to this rental and recommend to our friends and loved ones.

The home was beautiful and as described and neighborhood was quiet but almost seemed deserted. My friends and I ended up leaving early because we felt someone else had access to the house other than us. One of the days leaving the home we watched the garage door close as we left but came back to it being open. The last day we were there the drawer from the refrigerator was placed on the counter but NOT by any of us. Needless to say we were spooked, felt unsafe and left.

My husband, college aged son, niece, and niece’s boyfriend came to Houston from SC to see old friends and take in an Astros game. This place was perfect for our stay! It was beautiful, immaculate, and very comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out and the place had everything we needed. We especially loved that we had our own garage! Minute Maid Park (about 1.5 miles away) and lots of restaurants were within walking distance. We walked during the day, but we did Uber at night because we weren’t completely familiar with the surrounding neighborhoods. There was also a CVS within walking distance. If we come back to Houston, we will definitely try to rent this place again. It was fabulous!

I booked for a coworker and myself while in a conference downtown. We were literally a mile away from the George Brown Convention Center. I absolutely loved the decor in the home. Looks just like the pictures. The home was clean and welcoming. We traveled during an intense June heatwave and the air stayed cold! There are 4 levels, if you include the rooftop, however that allowed more privacy and separation with the bedrooms. The host was extremely accommodating and flexible with our schedule. I'd give this home an A+. They've set the bar for my future rentals!
