  • It is tastefully designed and fully furnished 2BR+2BA apt with comfortable seating, crisp 100% cotton linens, high-speed internet, fully-equipped kitchen.
    The neighborhood is quiet, gated and safe, and is very close to MD Anderson & NRG Stadium, Rice University, Baylor College of Medicine, and UT Health Science. Have a day out at the Houston Zoo and Museum District nearby.
    We are located right across the Hermann Park with a direct access.

The location is perfect and accessible to everything we needed. Owner was super easy to work with and flexible with checking in and out. Thanks for everything

Convenient and comfortable

Needed to be close to the MD Anderson cancer clinic so it was great for getting to appointments. Lilly was very responsive to any questions.

Great place to stay

The host was polite and readily available to answer any questions. The apartment was close to MDA, which made it the perfect place for us to stay. We felt safe and right at home in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Highly recommended!

Mecum in Houston

Nice apartment. Loved the pool area and really appreciated the laundry area. Apartment was nice but needs a bit of an update. A little dark. Well equipped kitchen. Would stay here again!

Cozy comfy apartment

The unit was clean, comfortable, well decorated & very convenient to MD Anderson where my sister had multiple appointments. We enjoyed spending some free time at the pool & exploring the complex. Lilly was very kind & responsive. We even met the cleaning crew as we were leaving. They were so pleasant & helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Will definitely stay here again!!

Convenient and easy to get to Texas Medical Center

This apartment is nice for families. We stayed January 1-3, 2025. Tho only thing you need to be aware of is that you hear everything from the apartment above from little kids running back and forth to anyone talking which means the apartment below can hear you talking. We actually enjoyed the children running above because it made us think about the small children in our family and we laughed trying to guess what they were doing as they ran back and forth. Th children usually stopped around 10:00 pm. We are grateful for Lily and her hospitality.

Great location in relation to the zoo, museum and dining. Check-in was a nightmare. We stayed at this location following a cruise to visit the zoo, museum and NASA. While on the cruise I received information on setting up an account with Door/Latch and separate communication from VRBO on check-in details via email and didn't realize it. So upon arrival we didn't know how to enter the property, where to park, how to enter the unit ... Just a mess. If we book through Expedia, communications should also be through Expedia. The unit itself was easy to find once we were able to figure out how to enter the parking garage and where to park (parking spaces are narrow for larger vehicles). Then we had to figure out the new app for entry. The unit was OK as far is cleanliness; floors and walls weren't clean, but the bathroom sink, toilet and tub/showers were?? Both bathrooms were large and had the shower/soaking tub combo. Bed comfort was OK, you'll great through. The pool wasn't heated and wasn't clean so we weren't able to use it. We felt safe on the property, no issues at all and all areas were well lit. Overall, we all agree this isn't a place we'd stay again.

Houston Apartment

This apartment was perfect for our family of five. The location provided perfect access to the city and surrounding attractions. The apartment community was gorgeous— a beautiful pool, greenery, and sidewalks for walking. The apartment itself was the perfect size for what we needed and allowed our family space during our extended stay in Houston. It was quiet and easily accessible. We especially appreciated the host’s attentiveness to our needs during our visit. She was always incredibly prompt and responsive to any questions. The parking garage was a bit of a tight squeeze, but nothing crazy. Just something not be mindful of for anyone with a larger vehicle. We would definitely recommend this rental to others!

Great property, great service

Very well equipped property, very clean, well-designed. Though we didn't use them, it was good to see that condiments, oil and vinegar were provided, together with hotel-type toiletries. Free parking in the shade was very welcome! Not the fault of the owner, but be aware that the gated entry barrier will close violently on your car if you're slow to drive through: there is no automatic stop mechanism if an obstacle is detected, which is a safety issue because the obstacle could be a child. As it was, our rental car was quite badly damaged. Otherwise, a great stay, with excellent communication with the owner Lilly.

Perfect for Patients

My husband and I stayed in this apartment while I was a patient at MD Anderson for a few days and it was everything we needed - close proximity to the medical district, clean, comfortable, hot water, stove top and refridgerator for cooking, tea kettle for comfort and spacious. I highly recommend! It was such a relief to come home from treatment and enjoy this well appointed apartment.

First of all the communication was simply amazing. The property is in the middle of everything and in a good area. Apartment was clean and cozy. Perfect location for a Houston stay.

Good place

Owner is very communicative. The complex is super quiet and calm. The unit was clean. We had what we needed to do some simple cooking. A good place, particularly for proximity to the medical complex.

Perfect place for our trip to MDA

This location is perfect for access to MDA. The hosts and the property were perfect. We will be back to this apartment if we have to make future trips.

Quiet and Great Location

Stayed here with my son and granddaughter for the weekend. Nice amount of space in a located in a gated apartment complex. Extra bonus very close to Herman Park with all its attractions too!

April 2019 stay

Apartment was lovely and Lilly was easily reached regarding a couple of minor issues. It is very clean. We would stay here again.
