We strongly suggest to quickly read the house manual and explore the guidebook. Everything you need to know is most likely explained in the guidebook. It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, other videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay!

This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles in the designated parking spots. Street parking is allowed.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. You can park 3 cars at the property in the designated parking spots. You can park 2 more cars on the street in front of the house. NO parking on driveway, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 5 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

• Please note that though the listing shows 9 beds, there are only 6 actual beds. The other 3 “beds” are queen-size sofa beds.

• This home is divided into 3 smaller units, all together in the same property; each unit sleeps 6 people.

• This home is within a property that has other units. This one is at the back, next to the patio. It is not the one at the front next to the street. The patio area and laundry room are shared with the rest of the units/guests.

• Due to old construction, water pressure may not be too strong

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• For non-Airbnb and non-HVMB reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and staying up to date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification process. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to finalize your reservation. You will be contacted via email and/or text by Truvi to complete the verification. You will also need to pay a non-refundable damage waiver fee, which covers any accidental (non-intentional) damage during your stay.
