  • This four bedroom two bath is 2,084 sf comes with the Master down stairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. This home sleeps 10 adults comfortably. The living Room has a 70 Inch Tv to catch all the televised events or keep occupied with the 8ft regulation sized pool table. This house should not be listed

The house should not be on Vrbo When you go out of town you want to stay somewhere nice and clean This house was filthy! Dirty carpets, walls were dirty, bed sheets were dirty. Bugs crawling on bed. No screens on windows it was trash all outside in backyard. Roaches were crawling around in kitchen old food in cabinets screen door didn’t close just wide open. Front door was hard to open and close. Pool table was dirty. Bathroom in master was rusty. Vrbo should really inspect the houses they have listed We ended up going to hotel. This house is not anywhere anyone wants to stay coming from out of town for anything

NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this proprty a zero, I would! The internet description and pictures are not even close to what you will find at this property. The place was filthy! There were roaches in the kitchen. The bathroom shower curtains looked like they had been hanging for years (dirty beyond explanation). The flooring was puckled really bad and dangerous in one of the bedrooms. The sofa was being held up by an old can. The grass in the yard was not cut. The railings to upstairs were loose and dangeraous. Not 1 towel was present on the entire property. Countless other things wrong (too many to list). What's worse is that we contacted the owner shortly after arriving to let him know that we could not stay at a property under these circimstances. We were only in the property for a few hours as we had to look for another place to stay. The property owner agreed to refund our money after admitting to the condition. Well...he lied and then decided to charge us for 2 days. No integrity after we explained that we were there evacuating from Hurricane Ida. Do not do business with this owner! VRBO was no help either as they completely removed themselves from the picture even though this property is listed on their site. The pictures that you see on their website is a scam! Stay away!!!!!

Fraud/ Scam

The previous reviews are completely accurate and also a bit nice compared to my experience. I left my well-kept home to meet up with family for the holiday, only to pay for a weekend of slumming in place that was not fit for anyone to inhabit. I was afraid for my little one to sit on the floor and carpets. The listing is totally false. It is the opposite of an "upscale, urban modern home". The listing included appliances that did not work. The furniture was broken, then a claim to replace a broken couch was filed on the "home away" insurance policy I was required to purchase at booking. The downstairs toilet had to be plunged in order to flush after every use. The dishwasher and oven did not work. The freezer was not cleaned and had frozen bugs at the bottom. The walls were dirty, had scrapes, spots, and holes (some poorly spackled, some just there). The doors either did not close, could not lock, or got stuck. There was visible damage on every door in the house. Even the garage doors were broken. The upstairs area was worse than downstairs. The carpets were so soiled that no one felt comfortable walking on it without shoes. There was a pile of broken furniture in the garage. The bar stools in the picture are shabby and barely standing, the pool table is unsafe and leaning as well. Kudos to the photographer who made that place appear attractive on the website. Trust me, it was all "smoke and mirrors". This property should not be listed on any site and the owner, Jason Chales, should be ashamed. Vrbo should investigate and remove this property from its site immediately. The listing was misleading to say the least and the amenities were non existing. The conditions in the home are poor and the location is not very safe. This is a sham and should be flagged as fraud, since the owning is filing claims for items what were already broken. This is not over !!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible!!! I did not receive information to check in to the residence. I did not receive a refund nor an address to check into the property!!! This is not over!

The house is real dirty and nasty and old stairs very filthy they controlled the air very hot they have roaches real bad and rats grass wasn’t cut at all no tvs in no rooms very unsatisfied ❗️❗️
