We actually were only at the property a few hours. We had trouble with the door code provided. Manager was responsive and overrode code so we could enter. Upon entry we found a placard from local utility company saying "gas disconnected due to non-payment". No hot water and no heat from furnace. Also unable to lock property-- code still not working. We did not stay due to property feeling inhospitable as it was. We asked for refund and manager did give a partial refund. Would have loved a full refund as we had to find alternative lodging. Very disappointed in cleanliness of property and that property was not in good working order for renters. Disappointed also because property location was perfect for our needs.
