The staff is very friendly and willing to help. This property is adorable and unique, with a great cafe on site, privacy, and great scenery. It was our first visit to the Netherlands and we loved it.

I loved the patio outback a nice place to wind down after a long day.

We booked a standard room and ended up in an executive suite. We lived like royalty for five days! That said, the entire property is lovely, and I'm sure we would have been happy with the standard room too.

Loved everything about this hotel. Especially location. Room was comfortable and bathroom was excellent size and had everything we needed.

Crowne Plaza Utrecht was perfect for my stay. Stayed total of 10 days. A bit confusing finding the entrance as it is inside a mall. But once that part was figured out it was great. Super short walk to the train station. Right in the center of town. Plenty around. Staff were attentive and incredibly helpful with any needs. Would recommend.

Great location! Very cozy too

The loft-style room was amazing! The room was modern and clean. A/c and floor heating both worked well. We absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Excellent property and location

We came with our little Shiba. The location was close to the Jaabeurs exhibition halls for my business but was a relaxing wellness place for my girlfriend to relax. We made use of the 3 saunas and everything was clean and orderly. The breakfast was excellent as other reviews has said.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the centre of Utrecht. It is indeed a boutique hotel, small, cozy but with a vision and a concept behind it. The decor is rustic/industrial/reclaimed material, conceptually very modern but also clean, uncluttered yet warm. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept in and the (rain) shower was awesome.
