"The location of this hotel is great. 25 mins to Amsterdam central and the day passes depending on your stay in Amsterdam worked great. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel to central but looking for easy travel options."

"The stay was relatively nice but for my two night stay, my bathtub was not cleaned after our first night. I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience. The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room. The staff were quite friendly at check-in."
