"The hotel was lovely and the room we had was spacious enough. The shower did have mould in one corner which i did expect, but could have been removed. Wifi worked perfectly too! The staff were so lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fine, would have been nice to have more vegetarian hot food options - meat free sausages, hash browns etc, however what they did have was plentiful. There was even an area for gluten free options. Some of the customers were rude, and i have to applaud the staff for keeping their cool and remaining professional! Thank you, had a lovely time!"

"Not a lot in the free breakfast area. Room was kind of dirty, black marks up the walls and the floorboards felt and sounded like they were about to collapse. The smell of the hallways isn’t great and the walls are made out of paper meaning you can hear EVERYTHING from surrounding rooms. The shower was not clean and had build up on the head. Pillows on th need are practically just cushions. The TV doesn’t really work at all and the staff didn’t seem very interested generally. It’s ok if you won’t be spending much time in the hotel, and it’s very handy to get into Centraal and there’s a tram across the road. Shops right beside the hotel too. Not much else to say really."
