"Room was spacious and clean - had a king bed with private bath. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Enjoyed beers on the roof deck with great views of the neighborhood. Also enjoyed food and drinks at the lobby restaurant bar, it was all great!"

"Location is amazing. Right on Amstel River & near everything. First floor has amenities (small shop & pool table) & back door pickup for taxi that saves time going through town. The front desk staff were exceptional- we missed our connecting flight so were a day late & they got us situated no issue. They also checked our bags on our last day so we could tour the city. The building is a bit older but in good condition & the room was comfortable (bed was great) & the air conditioning was excellent (nice & cold with some white noise). There are also a great restaurants in square right behind hotel. Would stay again on a future trip."

"Fantastic room (resident)largest room I’ve ever had and a great location with tube station only a two min walk away straight into Central. Lovely breakfast. Quiet rooms slept amazing. Don’t know what other comments about lifts were, well easy to navigate and worked a treat just like on cruise ships. Trying to book again for next September 👍"

"The staff was very professional, and the location was easily accessible by public transport. I was satisfied with the cleanliness and decor of the facilities, such as the common areas on the first floor and what impressed me the most was the Asian-style decor of the room. The only real issue, in my opinion, was the breakfast buffet. Not a lot of options."

"Great hotel located within walking distance of all local attractions, as well as Utrecht Centraal (transit station). Staff was helpful and friendly, able to answer all of my questions. Breakfast was well worth the $6 or so extra (in addition to my room rental when I booked). Coffee/tea was available, and very good! It is on the square (a few restaurants/bars right outside) and can get a little loud outside late, so I would definitely recommend bringing ear plugs, or playing something on youtube (if that's something you do) to help you sleep better. Overall a great experience! Dank je wel!"

"The location was fantastic, easy to walk everywhere. Unfortunately I was given a room in the “old” section on level 3 which had me go to level 2, and then to walk up stairs, down stairs and up more stairs just to get to my room. When you have luggage it’s really not ideal. Also because of the location of my room, wifi was awful, consistently dropping out or not working at all. I did flag it with the reception but they said “they have never had that complaint before” and that they will “make a note of it” which I felt dismissed my issue. A few hours later I felt I needed to show proof and again they said “it was noted down”. I feel in 2026, when you’re spending money on a hotel, wifi is a non negotiable and I hope they fix that issue. In saying that, great location and staff were nice on arrival. I think a different room would have solved all issues."

"La chambre était propre. La terrasse sur le toit et le restaurant/bar canevas étaint aussi super. La proximité du métro est pratique. Le bord de l'eau à un coin de rue est magnifique. À refaire!"
