"The location of the hotel is beautiful, the accommodation is pleasant and the rooms are very good. The barbeque is nice to barbecue with the service of the waiter. Rob is very professional and very nice. We were happy with his service and his lasting smile. Ms. Janet in the reception also enjoys a high level of professionalism and gave me help in finding an extra night booking only. I did not clean the room despite the two cleaning sheets and asked for that too and I did not put tea, coffee and...
"Beds were horrible. They need to be replaced. You can feel the springs and we didn’t sleep well at all. Tv was broken and asked twice for it to be fixed."
"I didn’t need much support, but I felt the staff were friendly and not rude. There is also an elevator which was convenient. The room and hotel itself though was unfortunately a different story… there is no AC so it’s stuffy and hot, the walls are extremely extremely thin so you can hear everything all the time - people going up and down the stairs, doors slamming, and even conversations. These sounds all felt like they were right beside - me so they would even make me jump sometimes and felt...
"I really liked this hotel and it will be my 'go to' for future visits, as I regularly visit the area for annual WW2 Market Garden commemorations. It's set at the edge of Ede, in a beautful forest area (great for cycling), but the major road routes to Arnhem and beyond are quickly accessible. I liked the idea of a free drink in exchange for choosing to forego the daily housekeeping call! My room was a 'standard' one (with irritatingly sticky locks), quite adequate, but I really missed the tea...
"The Expedia first picture showed the town castle and only later showed the hotel pic but they are far away from each other. The room was a good size and updated but still felt old with bouncy floors and a window that hardly opened. No air conditioning - they did provide a fan. The restaurant was beautiful. Breakfast was nicely done with many choices, including hot items. Staff were great."
