"The staff was helpful when we needed extra bedding for the pull out sofa-bed Although I felt that the bedding should have been in the room before needing it There were plenty of towels and the room was clean overall but I felt it needed a good deep cleaning"

"The staff is great. The place is immaculate when it comes to clean. I did have a problem with WiFi and 5G+ working on the 3rd floor where I stayed for 14 days. I had stand by the window to get 5G+ to work or by the door to my room to get WiFi to work. Also the cable went out about 6 days into my stay. Which sucks but I had my Apple TV which had problems getting WiFi or my phone hotspot. I was working nights. Every morning and I mean EVERY MORNING I came back to shower and rest I’d get up to the 3rd floor and my rook card key would not work. I mean so frustrating! That mean all the way down elevator 5 min at the desk the elevator up to the 3rd floor again when I was so tired and feeling too lazy to have to do every morning. I kept thinking I would just go to the front desk first instead of coming up to the third floor, but for some reason, I kept giving it the benefit of the doubt that it was gonna work this time and it never did pain in my behind, but overall a great day can’t complain. At least it was super clean and there was no bedbugs!"

"This was a wonderful stay! I received check-in information in a timely manner. Checking in and out was a breeze. This is a precious cabin, and it was absolutely spotless. Tucked in the trees, with a bubbling creek below, almost has a treehouse feel. We enjoyed the covered porches with provided rocking chairs, tables and chairs. There were lots of places to sit outside. We enjoyed sitting around the firepit but just had too much going on to make a fire or take advantage of the grill. The owner has this house so well stocked, there was nothing we needed that they hadn't already thought of! I had mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, and a small cake/decorations were there when we arrived. What a wonderful surprise! House is conveniently situated to downtown Boone, and neighboring communities, but would honestly just love to stay here, listen to the creek, watch the birds and just unwind! Highly recommend"

"We truly enjoyed our stay. One thing I will point out is that there are different sizes of pillows on the bed. I thought they were all the same and I chose the uncomfortable one not realizing that the one that was perfect for me was hiding behind the other pillows. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the asthetic of the hotel common areas was elegant. I will definitely return."

"Spacious comfortable home. Brought our grandchildren and they loved the game room and the hot tub! Close to town, plenty of linens, towels etc. Host was easy to get in touch with. Glad to be in the cool mountains!!!!"
