"I loved the Graduate! It was my first time in this chain. Fun interior with University of Michigan decorations and touches throughout. The staff was warm and nice and local. Great vibe in the place. The long table through the lobby is a wonderful place to drink coffee, bring a laptop or have a semi-public meeting. Great light and energy in the lobby with lots of places to sit. I enjoyed my room. The bed was terrific and water pressure in the shower was strong. I found the room too dark, TBH. Quite a bit of dark wood. It was springtime with long days but I can only imagine how dark it might be inside during the winter. I used the fitness center on the third floor and found it well stocked and at a cool enough temperature to work out; I recommend it. And l enjoyed the cafe in the lobby as well; bought morning coffee and an egg sandwich each morning. Friendly staff and tasty food. Very handy to have inside the hotel for a rainy day or quick bite to eat. Overall I highly recommend the Graduate in Ann Arbor. I’m considering booking a return visit already!"

"No one knew how to connect me to internet. I asked for bedding for the sofa bed. I received one sheet and a blanket and pillow. Had to ask for an additional sheet incorrect charges on my bill that the desk corrected. It is nothing like the Westin in Nashville, Tennessee. It was so disappointing."

"The price around the graduation day was way higher than regular price. It was like 300 for a two-queen bed room. Besides, the prices went down a lot when it got closer to the graduation date, which was hurtful also. The vending machines are old and only accept 1$ bill, which is not very helpful. But the room was nice and close to some business (great if it’s regular price)"

"I paid $15 for breakfast for 2 days. But to find out at the front desk it was $5 a day for breakfast. Then when I woke up it seemed like everyone and anyone was just eating breakfast for free. There was no band or ticket or any way to truly confirm that someone had paid for breakfast. And if there is a way they weren't double checking or ensuring. They ran out of food very fast. There was more people eating than the food that was provided."

"Enjoyed our stay, staff were great despite some rude guests. Manager was wonderful despite computer issue, and house keeping delays at check in. Both elevators were down, and delayed at check in. Despite all that staff stayed calm, and polite. Was impressed. Elevator was fixed later that evening, and room was ready within 30 mins. Good job all around."

"The hotel is dirty and outdated. My room had a giant large red stain in the bedroom carpet and the door to the bathroom looked rotted on the edges. The breakfast was okay, nice variety but a little cold."

"It was a clean room and building for the price. It does need updates - bathroom outlets were old and did not allow to plug in curling iron or blow dryer. The plugs kept falling out. TV was not sharp in color."
