1.隔音狀況不太好，晚上能聽到其他房客的聲音:( 2.按摩椅部分很棒，身體能夠適度放鬆。 3.浴室的乾濕分離有點美中不足，浴巾架放在浴缸旁邊，淋浴完走出來會滴水到地板上，因為淋浴間也沒有地方放浴巾了，建議淋浴間外可以放一塊腳踏墊吸水，以免地面積水造成滑倒 4.早餐很棒，如果先提供菜單選擇會更好

床跟枕頭如果能改進就相當完美了.新竹我睡過最好睡的是卡爾登北大館

新竹飯店真的不好停車.這邊的一房一車庫真的是很方便.櫃台服務人員親切.電視很大.浴缸很大.當天住的那間還有按摩椅.早餐是早餐店的漢堡跟飲料 比較不喜歡的就是床跟枕頭沒辦法跟飯店的比.還有附近吃的比較少

兩層樓類型的汽車旅館，樓下可以停汽車 浴缸很大，也有免費的零食泡麵 附近有7-11，離新竹車站約10分鐘 另外附早餐卷，在路口拉亞漢堡吃早餐

火車站附近

旅館靠近新竹火車站，離夜市不遠，旅館設備還不錯，有按摩浴缸，房間大、也很乾淨，服務人員也很有禮貌，下次會再入住。

多加一人的鞋子未給， 多加一人所有備品只用塑膠袋放成一大袋， 感官很不好， 窗戶破洞未補， 牆的壁紙部份也掉了未補！ 服務人員親切！

老屋隔音相當不好的住宿經驗

舊的汽旅老屋拉皮改裝的,雖然整體看起來很整潔,但隔音真的是建物本身體質的關係,而且雖然是汽旅,一樓停車二樓住宿,另外居然還有三樓是另外給人住的,樓上整夜蹦蹦跳跳,隔壁聊天喧嘩也很吵,流水聲更是不斷,窗戶鎖還壞掉,而且也是年代久遠的一般窗戶,如果需要好好睡眠的話是不推薦的

櫃臺和房務的服務親切

整體上都不錯，浴缸很大，孩子住的很開心，唯一美中不足的地方就是樓上有客房，超過晚上11後樓上走路的聲音和晚上聊天嘻鬧的聲音會影響睡眠。
