"I want to start with what I liked: The unit is very spacious and the AC works great. Beds are comfortable and showers and toilets work well. Everything was very clean. Some minor maintenance issues, but those can be overlooked. You are renting a home and not a hotel after all. The property has ocean access - not a real beach. But for walks on the beach, it was fine. We did that a lot. Local fishermen have boats in the water. That was fun to watch. Some surprises: 1) I found the unit searching...

"The condo was not in great shape and smelled bad but we got air fresheners to hang up and it was better, but it had mold on the walls, otherwise it was a clean place had a nice balcony, and the pools were spectacular, including the waterpark for my grandson. But one shower had no hot water, it was run down and the smell was not good:( I would stay on the property again but not that condo due to the condition and check in was a pain , as you get your key from somewhere else down the road, it took...

"Awesome location, close to great local food and 7-11 if you need something. The pictures are pretty accurate. We had a couple of broken window locks and needed extra pillows and blankets and management wouldn’t give them to us without contacting the condo owner for authorization. We never got them over our 7 day stay. At night the lighted walkway looks great but you can’t walk on it since the lights are so bright that they blind you from seeing steps. Our showers would not maintain temperature....

"Lovely complex, quiet, well maintained and very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was clean, comfortable and private, being at one end of a block. Great air con and wifi, although it is not as big as it looks in the photos! I would highly recommend."

"Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A great location and a comfortable clean apartment with everything you need. The gardens are beautiful and the pool is great overlooking the beach/sea. A few nice restaurants in Khao Tao either a short walk or a short drive, all servign delicious Thai food"
