"Staff are extremely helpful, warm and friendly. Jing and Check in was very helpful and even scheduled my taxi to arrive exactly the time I requested. Many shops are a few steps in the building. Night Street Market/ Street Food, restaurant etc are all walking distance. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed on the 24th floor for 3 nts in August. We had a great stay. Perfect. There is nothing to complain about maybe the à la carte restaurant was a lil pricey. But apart from that fantastic staff from the min you walk in the door. The organisation was fantastic the tours they offer. A lil pricey but fantastic 2 days we had with Nui as our guide. He was great. Thank you lebua we will stay again that’s forsure"

"Beautiful hotel and exceptional service. The location is excellent and everything was to the best to our expectations. The room was beautiful and spacious with traditional decor with all the modern features provided. We loved everything, and wouldn’t stay any other place when in Bangkok!"

"The Peninsula Bangkok is a special hotel with even more special people. I have travelled across the world and never had a better total experience at a hotel. From greeting at the arrival to assisting with departure. The room was exceptionally nice bathroom that included separate tub and shower. Daily housekeeping and turndown services were superb. In addition, daily delivery of complimentary light snacks added a nice touch. When I return to Bangkok, I will not have to do any hotel searches, as I know that I will return to the Peninsula Bangkok."

"This hotel is a hidden gem in a residential area of Bangkok but is surrounded by lots of dining and drinking options. The hotel offers a basic breakfast buffet and has a pool and basic gym. Rooms are recently renovated and have comfortable beds and couches. Wall AC units are available in each room. The internet was a bit unreliable at first but staff were able to quickly address the problem when I mentioned it."
